Introductory Lessons

Prior to starting classes, we require all adults to attend an intro lesson. This class will cover the basics in technique, exercise and form. The class is considered physically easy to moderate. Bring loose comfortable workout clothes, shorts preferred. Cost of the intro class is $50.00. This cost includes a one and a half hour lesson, plus enrollment fee.

If you want to sign up for the intro class, you must call or email as spaces are limited.

Prepayment is the only way to "lock in" your spot.
